Clarion provides registered BSL/English Interpreters across the UK and abroad and holds numerous prestigious contracts, backed up by our ISO 9001 status. We have a growing staff team and are looking for registered MRSLIs with at least 2 years post qualifying experience to lead us in the delivery of our services.
Salary: £37,000 to £45,000 p.a plus benefits. Negotiable depending on experience.
You will need to have a clear vision of how to take the interpreting team forward and be able to demonstrate an understanding of strategic business development and marketing strategy.
You will have experience of working in specialist domains such as the tribunals service, police and child protection. You will also be experienced in project management and enthusiastic about joining a company that leads the field in terms of standards and level of service.
An understanding of outsourcing from the public sector and taking companies into new market sectors is desirable.
On-going training and development is offered as part of this role in management, mentoring and strategic business development.
